I don't know much about blogs as I am new. Plz tell me about blogs. can I make multiple blogs with different topics with same email address on same hosting site such as blogger.com? For example I make one blog about religion, others about politics and current events etc. on the same hosting site with same name and email ID?

Login to blogger.com and blogspot.com. at the home. select "New Blog" from left side to add new blog.

Yes you can create one or more different blogs on a single id, Create a new blog

Yes, you can create many blog by a single user id, That's not a problem.
