Should I go to SEO, online marketing offers, page ranks, etc offers from Hosting Companies? Or should I learn it and do it myself?
Someone told me to stay away from offers (SEO, bringing traffic to my website, page ranks, campaigns, marketing offers) from Hosting companies, but they hadn't mentioned why.
I'm just a newbie, I dont know anything about how to bring traffic to website, or how to be searchable in Google, Yahoo, etc.
Can anyone help me what to do? I don't have a website yet, just planning to have someone create website for me, so I could earn from my website, when ads or jobs are on my page, but how can I achieve all these.

I would recommend the Black Hat Forum, it has everything that you need, just search a bit there.
Register, ask question and participate, it's a friendly community. Even if you are a newbie at all of that they will help you and give you resources, just don't spam.

SEO and online marketing is best way for bringing traffic for websites. Page rank is no matter for boost traffic. If you have no time for learning than search trusted online marketing companies which have good record. they can help you a lot.

Most (if not all) SEO operations are a scam and are best avoided - take the first one listed here for example...

If they could do what they claim they can do they would not need to spam their links here and elsewhere.
If you are setting up a legitimate website, using people who know what they are doing, and with actual content there is no reason why it should not have a good ranking.

There are tons of resources online that will help you to learn SEO. It can be quite difficult for a newbie though and you need to understand that Google and the other search engines release new updates all of the time. The world of SEO changes on a weekly basis. If you're able to spare a bit of money, you may be able to find affordable SEO services from a company who specializes in search engine optimization. Maybe try it out yourself and see how it goes. But if you need more help, you can always hire the professionals.
