Trying to use a simple automation tool on your own computer would get your ads ghosted or your account banned, the general wisdom is to limit yourself to about 1 ad a day. you might buy a tutorial on Craigslist advertising that may include tricks to increase the ad volume.
After Car Dealers and Realtors have burned out their own IP address and been banned they often resort to using posting services costing around $3 per ad.
They have taken legal action against some of these posting services. Let me add the obligatory warning that you read the Damages fees in their terms of use:
