We all have our own things to offer, the guys and their gaming, me and my dancing, drawing, humor, I game a little too, but how exactly would I start with videos? I'm completely blocked! Hopefully we become big on youtube, but...just...GAHH! Jeez, everytime I try to think of how to start on youtube I overthink it, please help!

You could make videos telling people to read PokemonOtaku0909's fan fiction stories on http://www.fanfiction.net! Let me know if you do! Good luck on your youtube channel.

Create those videos in which you and your friend are good at. Suppose if you are good at drawing then draw good art and create a tutorial for it. Show the people how it is done. or, if you love playing games then create awesome videos. Show new things to other people through your videos. Or, you can also help others with your knowledge in a particular subject, etc.
Just be creative while creating videos.
You can take the help of social media sites such as Facebook and Google+ for making your YouTube Channel popular by sharing your videos link and engaging with your members. Social sites are the good source for generating more views for your videos and making YouTube Channel more popular.
