so i made an ebay account but i read that people selling items can block u from bidding say if they wanted u to pay with paypal but u didnt have a paypal. so, how do i link my paypal to my ebay account so sellers can see i have one? thanks

No, they can't block you from bidding in that way and they can't see that you have a PayPal account. But you can link it by going to eBay and going into My eBay and then the Account tab. There is a section for PayPal and you can go there and link your PayPal and eBay account.
