I have a samsung gs3 , and the new video feature came out. everyone seemed to have it but my phone. what's wrong? and i have jelly bean, and i tried to update instagram on the play store but no options for that. HELLLPPPP. it even says on the site that they have video for androids. i even tried uninstalling and re-installling. nothing
