I have built 2 of these qna sites on wordpress platforms using a Questions and Answers theme and plugins, and they are fun and informative for the creator and question askers. Its true you will need tons of unique and relevant questions. And answer them some how.
Tip - Don't auto scrape and republish yahoo answers questions... It won't work. You wont make a dime.
Tip2 - Carve out a niche qna site and constantly answer new and relevant questions for your visitors.
