No. I am 18. It isnt me im talking about either. I want to know if it is ilegal to post yourself with no bra, in boxers and bending them a bit low on Instagram ? She's 16. :/ Is it ilegal to take a pic of yourself with again no bra and a denim jacket hiding your boobs just a bit.. with a freaking comment that says " Goodnight babies. " ??? I live in Quebec..

I don't know if it's illegal but it's definitely immoral. Ugh girls have no morals today!

It is illegal for any minorities under 18, to post a picture on the internet/apps; with any nudity at all that is uncovered.
(As long as you are not exposing yourself too much, its legal. Any exposure to the privates is 100% illegal and charged as child pornography [16 and under])
