Making Money With eBay? - dan - 04-08-2014 06:40 PM

I'm looking to make a few extra pounds through eBay. Even if its only £10 a week or whatever. What is hot on eBay right now to buy and sell?? Maybe I should visit shops and then sell on eBay? Whats hot? Whats not? Anyone help?

here are some tips from ebay themselves: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/top-rated.html

If you were going to a shop to sell on products, clearance shops are fantastic, my local matalan clearance sells necklaces ect from 50pence.

alternatively you could make something and sell it.. e.g hair accessories

or you could specialize in something (e.g phone accessories) you can buy in bulk from china on ebay, then sell them individually yourself.. I buy 6 screen covers from china on ebay for something like 99p

From what I hear Ebay take a pretty big chunk out of any profits you make, and it's hardly worth doing it for the amount you're left with. However, if you are going to sell something make sure it's something niche and that you have an expertise in, i have a friend who makes good money selling rare types of wool on ebay, he's from a wool farming family so he knows his stuff, and he has a niche market that few other people compete in. Hope i helped!

sell the rare zog coin, you can buy them at besco supermarkets

Yes I made it up, but my point is now i have told you on a public q & a board, everyone can do it, so there will be no money in it, you have to think of something your self and as for what's hot and what's not it changes by the hour

Buy a CD business package, sell CDs separately.
