On eBay it says I can only sell these through the category everything else-adult only but when I clicked everything else there was no adult only how can I sell this

Ask ebay to clarify.

it may be that when you click adult only you went into an adult only area that is only able to be seen by people with account age 18+ from the information you gave them.
