It depends on what you want in a website hosting company. I would suggest that you enter those exact words (web hosting companies) in a search engine. There you will get a multitude of sites with reviews. Some hosting companies also have a website design feature, where you can create/design a website, register a domain, and het the hosting from them. Some even have free templates as well.
So, as you can see, there are several options to choose from. Some are free hosting with a free sub domain, and there are paid hosting companies. Good luck.

Cheap and best will not come together in the case of web hosting.
I used many web hosting companies over the years and I am satisfied with two of the providers bluehost and hostgator which offers affordable price too.
currently I am using above two and works fine for me
