my league of legends runs smooth like it would usually, i can stream and not skip 1 frame. but everything on google chrome and internet explorer is super slow, speedtest.net says that i got .1 .2 mps but i know that is false because i can play online multiplayer games without having 1 single lag for hours. please help!.

Try delete files in temporary file C:\Windows\Temp

Nope, speedtest is probably right, you can game on those speeds easy.

First off all-
Gaming does not need a lot of internet.
Stream at low resolutions does not need much internet.
Those two out of the way-
If your someone in the new generation , then you have a Iphone or Android , download speedtest app onto it and go as close as possible to your router and run it. That should be as close as possible to your true test score.
If this result is bad then your internet speed truely is slow.
If the speed is less then your plan complain to ISP.
If the results are better then your computer then it could be any of these reasons.
> Too far from the router if on wifi
>Too many internet consuming extentions.
> Firewall scanning websites thus reducing your speed.
>Firewall on computer limiting internet.

Just what Jehanzeb said. LoL needs a little bandwidth.
But still if you've subscribed to a better net plan but speedtest is showing something lowly value then you should go and log a complaint to your ISP. Because they are failing to provide you enough fast net.
