This is a list of a few things based on hardware, software, and current network architecture, like:
Software - The amount of visit statics in hypertext software and/or extent given to other browsers!
Hardware - The amount issued to version of web browser, and version options
Network - The security for peek time to control, and company acceptations with the option of riding bad wolves, or things that should not do more harm than good!

It truly depends on the quality of the web page... SEO friendly URL, quality content, easy page loading, Details of Meta tags of web page determines its rank on Google.
