I have a couple of family members and there have been some old college friends doing this too.
They will add me, and then delete me months later. Then after a couple of more months later, they re add me. And then a couple of months later they will delete me again.
For example with my cousin, his mum fell out with my mum, so he deleted everyone in the family on Facebook. 2 months later he re-added me and then deleted me again 4 hours later.
And yes I know they aren't deactivating their accounts.

Perhaps They May Be Deleting you By a Mistake and They Wanted to Re Add You Maybe Thats Why
If its Happening Multiple Times Tho Than Maybe its Something Else As Well Ask The Person Why They Keep Deleting and Re Adding You

Try to solve this issue out of the facebook, Talk to them & don't accept their requests when they re add you.
