My website will be based around alternative healing, with the main emphasis being on health & beauty. Which name do you think is better?
NaturalBeautiesOnline OR NaturalHealthBeauties
The first one has a slightly better ring to it, but the latter is more key word rich. I really don't know which one is best, what do you think?

The second. Domain names should be based on the keywords to be used for the website and online would not be one of them. You should always work out your keywords first.

NaturalBeautiesOnline sounds like photos of girls without implants.
Using the term Beauties sounds like one will be presented with some sort of model beauty show, seems like the wrong term for your purposes, better to stick with beauty.
There are sites with tools that help you come up with fictitious names, including: wordlab.com, naming.net, wordoid.com, lingzini.com, namestation.com, some of these tools look up the domain name availability as you go.
