I usually use "illegal" streaming sites because i don't like ads.
Can i get arrested for using those sites?
Will i be fined?

You won't get fined or anything. Nothing should happen to you. If they decided to put everyone that used illegal streaming sites in jail, I'm pretty sure the majority of the US population would be arrested.
But if you don't like ads, you can always get ad block plus, which is this extension you can download for Chrome or Firefox (if you have them). After I got it, I stopped getting the 30 second crunchyroll ads, which are super annoying.
