We (mutually) broke up 2 months ago. He said he wouldn't be one of those people who unfriend his ex and never talk to them again. He said if I ever needed to text or want to hang out, just text him. He quit karate (the only place we see each other) a few days later because of this new job making him too tired.
We didn't hang out. We've texted twice since our break up. Friendly small talk. But now, out of the blue, he just unfriended me.
I just noticed he unfriended me, so he could've done it before today. But he commented a few weeks ago on one of my photos (the only time he had since our break up) and I Liked it (to be friendly), so he definitely was friends with me a few weeks ago.
So why? I did get drunk and snog a stranger at a nightclub last week, but my ex wasn't there, unless someone told him. But why would he care? We're not together anymore (he was in tears when we broke up, even though he suggested it because he knew his constant lying hurt me...).

3. He read something he didn't like on facebook.
4. He changed his mind.
