If I downloaded a picture from the internet of a famous persons hairstyle can I use it to on my facebook business page to advertise that style?

Make sure it isn't copyrighted otherwise you could get fined, a way to get around it is asking the owner of the picture for usage which then you have written permission to say if you do get strikes or do the hairstyle on yourself or a friend and use that picture,

without the permission of the actual owner, usage of their picture is not allowed. You need to get prior written permission from them before you can use them. Instead you look for websites which provide copyright free images. Just google for them, you would be amazed to see how many of them actually exist out there. All the best.

Looks like you could use it. But will need to give a reference from where you got the image.
