A website builder that once the customer purchases the item, the digital content that they purchased will automatically open for them. Sort of like digital selling I guess. Anyone one know of a cheap website builder that is simple and ideal for this? Thanks!

You don't need website builder. You can get WordPress with WooCommerce for that. It's free of charge, but your payment processor will charge you for % of purchases.
Alternative way is Shopify. They will charge you $29 per month and 2% of transactions.
