I am bit confused with keyword bidding in Google ad words, can any one help me out how exactly i need bid for a keyword and used them in my Google ads to get maximum results with less spending.

The Keyword quality score and bidding determine the ad rank. So first focus on Keyword research and Bidding, try to increase the keyword quality score up to 8-10. Surely your ad gets maximum results and less spending.
