Well I cannot tell whether or not he will unblock you because I do not know the situation.
If the only reason you have Facebook is because of him then you may as well delete it in my opinion.

So because your ex blocked you, you want to delete your deactivate your Facebook account. That sounds very immature if you ask me. Most people deactivate their Facebook to get away from the drama. You need to grow up my friend. You broke up let that guy go and move on.

Well its Up to you If you Want to Have a Facebook Account or Not Me Personally If your EX Blocked you its Because They Dont Want to Connect With you Anymore i Would Just Accept it and Move on if it Really Bothers you That Much If you Dont Want to Be on Facebook than Go Ahead and Delete it Go to Account Settings Than Security than Deactivate or to Delete Permanent go Here

Just delete your account if you hate it. There's more to life than facebook.
There's always a possibility he will unblock you, if so you can deactivate it for a while and see what happens.
