hey guys iv'e reported an Ebayer and i'm waiting for my money back ebay told me to escalate this case so they can make a final descion they've told me to wait 24-48 hours and they said when u wake up it will be done and it's been over 48 hours what can I do?

Wait a bit longer then contact ebay.

I had a similar conversation with ebay last week. Something that they said would be done the same day took two days. I would give them an extra 24 hours, then if it is still not resolved, contact them to find out what is causing the delay.
