hey guys! i want to ask how does facebook photo tags someone by itself? you see, yesterday i uploaded a photo in the group and it suddenly tagged someone on his own. i need to know how it works ... :X please help! ^^

i am sure, the person of that photo is in your friend list that is why Facebook recognized the person and tagged the photo to him....

Whenever you upload a photo facebooks checks if that photo is of someone in you friendlist. If it finds out so it asks if u want to tagg that person. Without reading that option you might have clicked ok and thats why that person has been tagged.

Yes. It is possible to tag your friend in facebook.

Yes Facebook tags a person if it matches the Photo Recognition ID. Don't you know that facebook collects facial recognition data for identification? Check it out yourself by downloading Facebook Archive from your account. It'll be named as Facial Recognition Data

Tag facility is here on all photo. means you will get the tag option and select the tag friend.
