Basically the owner of this website is just holding it for when that person actually wants to put something on it. for example, If my name was fred, and I wanted to eventually have a dirt biking website, I might want to make sure that wwwwwww.fredbikes.com doesn't get taken! So that is probably what Jodi is doing. People don't just make a website like that just for fun, it costs quite a bit of money to make a website like that.
