Okay, so I'm new to twitter and just have a few questions about the posts I keep seeing:
1. I'm following a few celebrities and when I go onto their accounts there are always several post that begin with @ThenTheNameOfRandomObsessedFan#7482910 and I was just wondering if these posts were From given celebrity or it they are from obsessed fan #7482910??
2. When you see a #ThenAFewWords what does it mean??

I don't understand the first question.
