Report it to the police.
If you have accidentally found some it means there is a child somewhere in danger.
Call the cops and tell them what happened, they will understand and do something about it. You will not be in trouble but they need to catch these kind of sick monsters.

Report it reporting it will back up the fact you stumbled across it accessing adult porn as an adult is legal but if you access this and don't report it you could probably face charges if they find you and link you. You could be in trouble.
