Report them to the authorities and Facebook.
If you hack their Facebook account you could be in as much trouble as they will be and claim you changed their Facebook page to a hate page.

1st: hacking is illegal.
2nd: report that page to Facebook.
3rd: if Facebook don't delete that page then report to Google.
Software Engineers in the Facebook HQ are too much DUMB. They don't work for Social Media actually, they work for Facebook and Facebook work for MONEY only.
When Google view your report they'll tell Facebook about that specific content. Then Facebook will remove that instantly.
Another way to do this is to tell your friends to report that page as well.
More Reports, More Chances to bann.
