as soon as I opened it, it stopped responding, I'll try every tips from mozilla support but still does not work, why? can you help me? thanks!
I also reinstall but the same problem still happens

It might be some problems with your PC or internet.

You may have a virus that is keeping it from opening first try scanning your computer with Malwarebytes, Malwarebytes Anti-Root-kit and AdwCleaner to see if that solves be the problem.
If there is no virus try the following for a clean reinstall of Firefox
Firefox uninstaller does a notoriously poor job of uninstalling itself, it leaves a lot of leftover files and registry items that can foul a new install.
Try using Revo Uninstaller to get a full uninstall.
If your unfamiliar with Revo they have a video on there site to walk you through it.

you can create a new profile in Firefox and see if the problem persists
