Installed apps is nowhere to be found? - Aida - 04-08-2014 07:13 PM
Anybody please help me.
I just bought my iphone 5s today and the first app i downloaded is wechat. And it appears on the home screen. Same goes to google chrome. But when i downloaded instagram, it doesn't appear on home screen. Then when i read on google some suggestion about rebooting iphone, then i restart my iphone. But, google chrome also dissapear from the home screen. When i checked at the app store, it shows that i already installed it and showed the open button right next to it but it can't be open. And it really pissed me off. I restart my iphone about 3 times already. The strange thing is, wechat is still there. I also tried to log out and log in the apple id but it doesn't work. Just please somebody notice this

Try these few things:
1) Hold both the home and power button down at the same time until the phone shuts off and wait until you can see the Apple logo again.
2) If that doesn't work try resetting the phone through settings.
3) If none of the above work, try reinstalling the software through iTunes.
