i want to block the access to all the adult/pornatic website
please tell how can i do that?

There are 2 ways.
1st is to use .htaccess to redirect users with other browsers to other page.
2nd is to use your own site (PHP, Perl, Ruby, etc) scripting language and to serve pages only for specific browser agents.
Both ways can be found on link below. But Google can ban you because link cloaking scheme if you do this. That's why i won't recommend you to use this technologies since they can be considered as "black-hat".
