I had a post on tumblr and it got up to 34k notes, tons of reblogs and likes. But then a day later I checked it and its down to 18k and dropping. Its like whenever I see a notification of someone rebloging it a note goes down. How does that happen?

it could possibly be a glitch, like when the number of notes just disappear from posts
or people are un-liking it? it's not likely so I think it's just a glitch
