ok so me and my sister want to make a website and we were wondering if we could make one for FREE! i am talking not over a penny...we have been wanting to make one but all the websites we go to it costs! we just want one that is easy to make and costs NOTHING! like i said not over a penny! :/

weebly, not only completely free, but fun too. Free hosting and domain name included, and a blog. Watch the video first, and hey, have fun. If you don't get it right the first time, you can start over.
