No because more than one person has each name and doesn't drive the same car.

no but you can find the make and model of car by the reg.....oh and if you have access to the DVLA then yes is the answer

Maybe with a psychic but not in any other way, unless they post a photo of there car on FaceBook.

you can find out anything about any one as long as someone one gives you access if someone gives you a gun you can use that too the prize in it for them is to hide the fact of who they are (not for good reasons) be able to do what ever they are doing and you take the consequences or to cause harm to somebody or death
