Lately, Facebook nofication keep popping up say "Unable to play video. Check your internet connection and try again" the thing is, I'm on WiFi (full bars mind you). So, when I turned off my Airplane Mode and try it again, the same nofication pops up. It is Facebook that is acting up or is it my phone itself?

We have a section for Fixing Facebook and YouTube issues.
The black screen specifically seems to be covered in the list of articles I linked you to.

Is it Happening on Other Sites to Like Youtube ? Or is it Just Facebook If its Just Facebook Than it May Be a Technical Problem With Facebook in That Case you Cant Fix it the Facebook Team has to Fix it
