My moms saying she is going to call at&t about why the internet is slow. Can she ask them for the internet history and will they release it.

Nope.. All they can see is times and websites last visited. But they will not send her nothing.

Yes, they are within their right to disclose that kind of information to your mother, so long as she is the one who pays the bill for Internet. But don't worry, they will most likely not give the information to your mother, as it is very difficult to access and tell over the phone. They will most likely tell her how to access it on your computer, in which case I would suggest you download a program called CCleaner (https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) and use it to clear your history. If your mom asks why there is no history, tell her that, if left uncleared, computer history (or Temporary Browser Files if you want to sound cool) can allocate gigabytes of space on your HDD. In other words, it takes up space on your computer and makes it run slowly. Ironically enough, if she asks AT&T to fix the Internet if they can, the first thing they will do is clear your Internet cache (which includes history) in an attempt to speed it up. Don't worry, ISP's rarely do it, as it takes a lot of time. They mostly do it for police investigations. Just use CCleaner to be sure. (No virus, I, as well as millions of other people, use it. Just click the "Run Cleaner" button in the program. CCleaner also takes like 30 seconds to download, it's very small).
