I use a WiFi device called "Clear" and it works great for about $45 / month.
However, you will need WiFi capability on your computer.
They also have other options for a little more $.

yes if your in the uk we have a company called virgin media who will install fibre optic internet without needing a phone line at a cost of £20 per month so im sure it should be available in most country's
