I would like to search for listings of an item where the seller has more than one item available (quantity > 1).
For example, if I searched "mp3 players" this listing would be displayed because it has the quantity box (http://tinyurl.com/mbfaxbf)

Yes you can. This option is under the advanced search, where you can even enter a minimum and maximum quantity you are searching for.
