Businesses believe that a website layout is essential in staying fresh. However since Yahoo answers has changed I am finding it slightly confusing.
They also modify the websites to incorporate interactive elements.

None that are active and want to keep fresh. Web survival means constantly finding new and different things for your website, otherwise people go somewhere else.
