I added my cousin recently. I can see that he has shared some sex related posts on his fb but has put privacy settings on me. I can see everything from a prank account
he has also put restrictions on future status and post updates....
Why would he hide? i mean, if he doesnt like me then might as well not accept my friendship request....

That doesn't mean he doesn't like you. It just means that he doesn't want family members to see every detail of his personal life. I'm close with my cousins, but I would only be ok with a couple of them seeing everything I share with my friends. Respect his need for privacy, and don't take it personally. It might not have even been you individually. He could have put a restriction on all family, and he wasn't even thinking specifically about you. There's no need to get upset.

he obviously doesnt want you to know about his sex life and thinks maybe youd think weirdly of him if you knew these things.
probably wants you to think of him innocently.
