Hi There,
You can blog your stuff on free blogging websites like...Blogger...Wordpress...Typepad...Livejournal...
These websites offer free registrations and free posting. After you get registered with any of the above websites, you can select your blog template...customize the font, color, format ..everything...and the last but important thing would be to POST the stuff you want to share with the rest of the world.
