Help, My Facebook account is locked because they think I'm not real and so I have to do a security check and I have to to name people by their photo's. These people added me so I don't know them and now I can't regain access to my account

yeah someone tried to login to your account and facebook has locked the account for safety. That's not the only way, you can verify by using your phone number or email. Try contacting them if even that doesn't help.

you added people you dont know? that's against the rules, and that's why you are now being forced to prove that you didnt break the rules
