Initially, just check with some of the important on page factors in your webpage:

1. Use of keywords in the content of the page
2. Use of keywords in the title and description of the page
3. Page should have 100% original content
4. Optimised images, if any

If your webpage succeeds in all the above points, then you can see the back-links for the keywords which was gone back. Use majestic tool to see how many links have been made for a particular keyword.

I hope it would help you out.

Try to check if Backlinks from that pages are good.
Since Google Humming Bird and Google Penguin have been introduced in the Google Algorithms, you may see a declining curve for those pages which you think you were ranking for good reasons.

No need to worry....it's happen some times. Tack care of these steps.

1) Check your link on website master tool is it proper way or not?
2) Did you promote that page irrelevant websites.
3) Check your content is it healthy or not?
4) Check your targeted keywords percentage on your content?
5) Beware of over promotions.
6) Better to change your keywords as per the niche market or add suffix or prefix.
