So I was tweeting really inappropriate remarks about Abigail Breslin and I wasn't following her at the time, then I was like "Oh **** I'm not following her" so I tried and it said that I had been blocked. Was it Abigail that "personally" blocked my account or could someone else block me from allowing me to follow her???
(And I can follow everyone else, except her.)

I do not know who Abigail Breslin is, but maybe she saw your tweets.
It will have been Abigail who blocked you.
