In a business magazine I got, it talks about a program called "Mention" which tracks facebook and twitter posts with specific keywords. I've tried to search for it, but "Mention" is such a common term with "twitter" and "Facebook" that I've had no luck finding it. Does anyone know what it is precisely and where to find it?
