We've paid for a review service and collected around 150 very good reviews from it. Now we want to set up an adwords campaign to attract new customers. For as far as I know the add you make only triggers when you type in certain keywords you've paid for.
My question is, will the add with stars also show if they find our webshop in google without entering a keyword I paid for?

Adds will be shown depending on the bids you are placing on the individual keywords.
E.g if you are bidding 60p for a particular keyword and your competitor bids 65p .. Then your competitor shows up first place and you will be 2nd. highest bidders only pay a penny more than last bidder. So your competitor pays 61p.
