I assume you mean the advertising Facebook offers you that you have to pay for?
1. Use other social netowkring sites, such as on Twitter etc.
2. On any website with a blog/forum, put the URL of your page in your signature
3. Advertise your page on your Facebook to all your friends.
4. Make a YouTube video about your page.
5. Make sure your page is active, and has things that attract fans.

Here are some different ways to advertise your Facebook Page:
-Post your Facebook link on different social media sites
-Post your Facebook link on other popular Facebook Pages
-Let your friends know about it
-Invite people (when using your page) to like your Facebook Page.
-Ask other Facebook Pages to post your Facebook Page's link or ask them to share your page as a thumbnail in a status
