I want to find the IP address of a certain tumblr user, but every checker I use gives me the IP of tumblr head quarter's ip address, which is 66.6.44.4
I need their ip so I can block them from viewing my page and have them redirected to another site.

You can't. Even if you could, they probably don't have a static I/P so just restarting their cable modem will give them a new I/P address.
