It seems to me that if they advertise "free' that is what it should be. AND everytime I put a number on it, they can't find the answer and I have lost my money until I call them and wait until they refund my card, for that "free" service. They should advertise that "after sale charge applies" How many agree?

They do, in the fine print. Agree to *everything*, not just a sales pitch.

The Federal Trade Commission has specific guidelines for the use of free, though it seems to take thousands of blatant violations by a company to get them to act.
