so i have no problem sending messages to anyone else but for the one person i want to talk to it's been stuck on S for like 8-9 hours. i sent another message an hour and a half ago and its also on S.
ive tried forcing the app closed
ive tried turning off my phone and turning it back on
nothing is working, please help!!!

It is an issue with your software. And you need to visit their service center.
