200 Classified Submissions
200 Blog Commenting
45 Unique Blog Post X 10 Submissions + Promotion
250 Article Submission = 25X10
500 Forum Posting
2500 Directory Submission
150 Web 2.0 Link Creations
RSS feed Submission for every Blog Post
10X PR 4 or + links Building work

Please suggest that , how many day to complete this work should take ?

They are offering 30-40 days for 25 Keywords


please suggest me :

Is it Safe for website?
And time frame they are offering is : 30-40 days to complete that -- is that Okay ?
and more suggestions Please

This can be done within one day or within one year but it is safe to distribute among one month.

It looks like a sure fire way to get your website penalised by Google, perhaps even banned - especially that bit about 2,500 directory submissions.

RSS feeding for blog posts is also iffy because it generates duplicate content and you can end up with another site ranking higher than yours with you blog post on it.

Spend one month and get 4 really high quality links - they will be worth far more than the hundreds your SEO team is proposing.

If a team (human) is committing to do the entire job by maintaining the required quality than i think u should not bothered much about the time frame. What you should bother most is the quality of the work without which entire work will not add the required value.

Their time span is not correct.
It may take minimum of 3 months
